It also seeks to tell the readers about the inside story of ISO 9001:2015 which will be helpful for industries, organisations, entrepreneurs, proprietors, auditors (internal and external), consultants working in this area of ISO and the people at large who want to gain in-depth knowledge about ISO 9001:2015. This book has been written with an emphasis on the requirement in subject matter. It is hoped that the book will also help one to acquire a working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and provide one with a proper foundation —both conceptual and factual — to base further knowledge on.2
About the Author
Vivek A Shrouty, MIE, CEng (India), BE (Mechanical), MBA (TQM and EXIM), ADFM, 5S Practitioner, LA (ISO 9001:2015 and L6σGB with over 25 years of experience. In 1995, he began an eight-year-long work relationship with SGS India (Société Générale de Surveillance), the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.
Currently, Vivek A Shrouty works as Deputy General Manager –CS&MC at Uttam Value Steels Limited, Wardha, where he has been for the last 16 years.
He is also an honourable recipient of the prestigious QIMPRO CERTIFIED QUALITIST Highest Level 3 Badge, a mark of excellence among Quality Professionals.
For Mr Shrouty, quality is a passion, one that has seen him involved in numerous training and development programmes, over the years, on various quality aspects with one prime goal in mind — the improvement of knowledge and skill in the industries, organisations, educational institutes and overall customer satisfaction. He has also been invited as a keynote speaker several times at various educational institutes. He is a Member of International Editorial Board of IRJET-2019 (International Research Journal of Engineering and Technology), Full Member of Quality Council of India (QCI), Life Member of Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI),
