The Aquarium
Streamlined figures of various colors and shapes seen,
Swimming in the water, shining in the light,
Passing, then darting behind stones and green,
A heart warming image in the dark night;
The little fish and the larger, in playful mirth,
A small home, the aquarium, waters little deep,
With unending joy the fishes swim from birth
Their abode secure these denizens keep;
The little boy with wondrous eyes does stare
At the world colored and with beauty laid,
The fish see the world outside so wonderful and fair,
Yet kingdoms apart, each do not the other's world pervade .
