About the Author:
Ameya Aneja is currently a Grade 12 student at Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram. She lives in New Delhi with her family. She is a strong advocate for women in STEM especially in the field of aerospace and engineering, where she has won several prestigious national and international competitions. She is an avid reader and is also the author of ‘Twice the Twist’, a bestselling and award-winning mystery fiction novella that she authored and published when she was 11 years old.
When Ameya is not writing, she is leading innovative research projects in astrophysics and engineering, while mentoring young girls to hone their passion for aerospace. Through this book, she combines her love for cultural traditions, the culinary arts and her deep connection with her grandmother, a truly heartfelt tribute. Inspired by her grandmother’s journey, she is committed to promoting women’s health and empowering women suffering from breast cancer. She also loves playing the piano and mastering complex compositions. She continues to maintain a strong academic record and has been one of the top students of her class.
