Notes of GRATITUDE

Notes of gratitude.

My parents love me and I reciprocate their love for me. My mother comes from a simple family and she has been very dedicated towards her family. My father has been very encouraging to me in all aspects of life.

Today, as I walk across the barren roads, I think what would I have been without their support and encouragement. They have stood beside me in the oddest and toughest of times and have tried to give me their best in all circumstances.

Today I stand in gratitude,

for you have given me your absolute,

stood for me in hardest times,

since my childhood fairytale rhymes,

each and every moment with you is cherished,

for you are the most respected,

God has given me this gift,

life’s hurdles I may lift,

it has been all your blessing,

otherwise I might have been lost and guessing,

what I have done to have you ,

for it is not a cry in the blue,

today I say that I am grateful,

for The Lord has been so merciful.
