The speed of publishing was very good. Due to my physical limitation, there were some interruptions. Responsiveness to authors questions was great considering that i am first time author. Keeping the author updated, excellent. Author got whatever was promised, as per contractual terms. Quality of the product is good, leather bound copy could have better.  The feed back to my queries at various stage of the publication was more than satisfactory and this resulted in the end product getting ready with speed.
