In case of a product order: once the order for a product, a book or books is placed and the payment made. This order is shipped within 1-4 days of the order being placed on Zorba Books website. An intimation to this effect with tracking ID will be provided to you so that you can track the consignment. If the consignment is not received, you can write to us on info@zorbabooks.com. The products dispatched to you are brand new, in good condition, unless otherwise discussed. The order received through our website is shipped to you via air through a premium courier service. A flat courier charge of Rs.70/- for each book ordered for delivery anywhere in India. For delivery to any country outside India, shipping will be charged as per actuals
In case of delivery of publishing services: Once you have decided on the publishing services you require from Zorba Books and have made the payment to Zorba Books as per a formal quote provided to you. We take 3-4 working days to confirm receipt of the amount. On confirmation of the received amount, the work will be scheduled and delivered within the time frame promised to you. It could take between 15 days to 3 months, as per the services taken by you and the delivery period is also subject to the speed of your responses to Zorba Books.
