Interest and Attention
Interest and attention are two words that are often confused. While they are related, they have different meanings. Interest refers to a feeling of curiosity or concern about something, while attention is the act of focusing on something. Both interest and attention are important, but they serve different purposes.

If you are captivate by someone or something, you find them fascinating and attractive. Data is must! One should have data to analyze, evaluate, educate, appreciate, enhance, execute, understand and plan well to implement and perform better and the best in may ways. We should have thorough knowledge and ability to perform better in work place to win in the market place. Workplace is essential to learn and improve on regular basis keeps us to be updated. We create knowledge based society when we mingle with like minded people and share our views with others gives scope to grow together and shine brightly. Creating an environment in workplace gives scope to improve and innovate with new ideas keeps us to implement where required. Teamwork plays vital role in this respect. Each player has their own role to make the team strong and stable till last ball. An efficient batsman can hit six and cause to win the match in last minute. Same thing happened in case India Vs Pakistan in 1990s one day international match. The best all rounder Javed Miandad hit six in last ball and proved as hero of Pakistan.
