Atul goes with the police officials who tell him that the militants have to be arrested and Ram has to be caught or else he should surrender to the indian government. They tell Atul that he had not to use any kind of ammunition without license from the indian government. It was a crime and had to be dealt with an imprisonment.They ask Atul to make him surrender even if he was very ill and dying because of his wounds.
