Atul and various government officials make a plan how to arrest all the militants. They should be prepared for 15th September attack. They choose a nearby temple and decide to shift behind the huge Shiva statue.They would be able to go with pistols, while some police force would scatter in and around EPIC. They knew the exact location of the premises of militants by the decoded messages supplied by Ram and once arrested would ask Ram for final surrender. 15th September had come. The police force had scattered in plain clothes around EPIC.Sagu and other officials enter the Epic auditorium and followed by cultural event is Sagu’s speech.Suddenly there is sound of a pistol shot. Sagu gets behind the stage and manages to hide. The police trace the exact location of the militants and the police attack their premises by firing at them.

The militants are soon arrested and some die. There is a lot of chaos and confusion.The police come out and trace the ammunition. The event people close EPIC for half an hour and every militant is captured. Then they trace Ram’s whereabouts and reach him. Ram reaches outside and is killed in the encounter. His wife Farida also gets killed.
