Chapter6 One fine day, after his 12th grade, Ali tries to find out Nargis s house. She had not told him where she was living. He comes in a motor bike and spots the gypsy van. He follows it and soon reaches a spooky terrain land where the gypsy van halts. He hides behind a column and follows the gypsy van driver. He sees a central place covered with fountains and a central statue inside. There are 3 rooms inside – one small and other 2 very big with a lot of good upholstery. As he reaches inside he spots Ram (Nargis’s father) who is nearly dying on a bed in the big room. Then he sees her mother’s room and he finds her painting on the canvas. He finds her in the small room. Nargis is in her father’s room. He sees that Nargis is giving her father some medicine. The gypsy van driver and rest of the staff is in the other big room where the designs made by Farida (Nargis’s mother)are computerised.The other big room is an industrial unit with 2 staff quarters and machinery. As he tries to go from that place, he is followed by Rahim, the driver of gypsy van. But he escapes by taking a smaller route on his motor bike.

Ali reaches home at around 10 pm at night. His mother Alisha talks to him.

She says,” Ali! Where have you been? I was waiting for you. Is everything okay.”

Ali says,” Dear mom ! I had gone to see where Nargis is living. She is living in a very big place. It is just like a hotel or you may call a mini palace. The inside of the place is very beautiful while the outside is very spooky.”

His mother cautions him, “Ali, I find something wrong in the whole thing. Maybe these people are doing something unofficial or they are hiding something from the police or maybe Nargis is hiding something from him.She asks for the location. They decide to investigate about the whole thing.”
