Chapter 9

The militants were living in a subway house across the hills. They were planning an attack on September 15 th which was the engineers day. It was still 2nd September. They had some bombs and ammunition with them and were very near to the national theatre called EPIC. They were sending messages in codes languages to all other militants who had gathered around in Shimla. They were planning to kill one official named Sagu. Sagu was an engineer from IIT and was now looking after the dam construction. They even approached Ram and told him to supply them some ammunition.
