In a misguided attempt to protect Veer from the relentless scientists, Maya sacrificed herself, giving her life to shield him from harm. Not knowing the actual plan of the scientist, the scientist doesn’t want to kill Veer,instead the scientist wants to knock out Veer so that he can use Veer as his test subject. Enraged and grief-stricken, Veer unleashes his newfound powers against the scientists. The other vampires come to help Veer but the vampires weren’t strong enough to stand against the scientist and his team’s highly advanced equipment as a result the Scientist team kill the other vampires and capture Veer for their experiment. The scientist subjected him to unimaginable tests and injections, altering his DNA and transforming him into a humanoid werewolf, the first prototype of their twisted experiments with both wolf and vampire ability
