When Day becomes Night
Reverie has become a bad habit now
Everyone nags me and Say
Hey what are you thinking of,
“Having any stress or dreaming in the day”
I got lost in my own thoughts.
I don’t know how to be resolved
Some people adviced me
Practise mindfulness, do meditation
As this is maybe because of stress,
Lack of sleep & concentration
Actually it’s all game of mind
either it shows the future or rewind
It should be controlled at earliest
To make best present for the days left
But you know it may be a gesture
of something happening in future
Yet it keeps you away from the present
So just leave it as Soon
To flicker off the fantasies flume.
