Brush strokes of my Life

Looking at my life, 

I see colours blended, 

creating a portrait of who I am. 

Bright moments, laughter, and happy memories.

Dark times, tears, and heartaches I’ve overcome. 

Bold strokes, gentle hues, and travels far and wide, 

Witnessing births and deaths, 

moments that transformed me. 

Hobbies, passions, and beliefs that define me. 

These are the colours 

that make up my life’s design.

I reflect on these colours 

as I choose my path, 

A path that leads me forward to my destiny. 

I paint my picture, 

which portrays a unique colour 

that reminds me of my past. 

A painting of memories, both good and bad, 

That helped me become the person I am today.

I am grateful for every colour 

I’ve been blessed with, 

They have all played a part in my journey.
