Gratitude
The Heart’s Gentle Thanks
“Thank you”—a simple phrase yet so powerful,
bringing joy to those around us, inspiring kindness,
changing our outlook, attracting positivity,
improving relationships and making us feel valued.
We know the importance of saying “thank you.”
Yet we hold back, afraid of sounding cliché or uncomfortable.
And when we do say it, sometimes it lacks feeling.
Losing its charm, its depth, and its meaning.
I’m grateful for the love of family that fulfils me.
For kind friends who walk beside me,
for meaningful work that fills my days,
and for the blessing of good health.
I’m grateful to witness those less fortunate,
reminding me of the gifts I have.
For gentle hearts that shared my days of gloom,
I’m grateful for their tenderness and care.
Each morning, I’m grateful to wake alive and well.
To realise the joys that brighten my life.
On gloomy days, when sorrow stirs,
I’m grateful for memories of happiness in the past.
Though I may not control wealth or friendships,
I can choose my attitude towards life.
No matter how hard things get,
I am grateful for each moment of joy.

A beautifully written Poem, putting your thoughts into words needs to have a lot of understanding of the various emotional changes which undergo transition in our day-to-day life .
Every written word is meaningful.
