Lovely Rakshashis and Witches- Part II

The teachers were gluttons and could get along with the witch.

“The glutton is much more than an animal and much less than a man.’’ Honore de Balzac

The witch liked that the members of her team were hyper, unpleasant, obsessed about food like her and underwent her sufferings. Their stomachs were potboilers of indigestion. They did whatever she said without a second thought. She could manipulate them.

When Anita Rakshashi left the tutorial to devote time to her new confectionary business, a new recruitment advertisement was given. Anita Rakshashi was also a glutton. She fed her son with all sorts of confectionary items and did not give any importance to the home cooked food like majority of silly impatient uncaring mothers who feed their children with food items offering instant gratification, mostly junk and do not properly supervise the cooking of the maid which is often unpalatable and do not devote time to develop proper eating habits in their children. How could they, their eating habits were so horrible! Shame on them!

In her place came Fairy Conscience. Fairy Conscience was very good-looking and intelligent with good habits.

Her good looks gave a lot of pleasure to Ruma Rakshashi. Also Fairy Conscience was nice-hearted and respectful towards Ruma Rakshashi in the interview. She was talented and sympathised with Ruma Rakshashi who was a talented teacher and painter and was ousted from two tutorials and one school by jealous colleagues before she made this tutorial of her own. She had had a very late settlement. She was pleased with Fairy Conscience and asked Fairy Conscience to follow work ethics.

After recruitment, all the other Rakshashis were called to meet the newcomer. The stout, odd , empty-headed, jealous Ranjani Rakshashi , ever complaining of her weight issues observed Fairy Conscience and said, “ She is taller than all of us and will rule over all of us.’’

Truly, Fairy Conscience was the most qualified, tall and beautiful among them. She had a fantastic rosy complexion and was elegantly slim.

But Fairy Conscience was very humble which Rumba Rakshashi also understood.

The Rakshashis said, “ We all are friends’’ and introduced themselves.

Fairy Conscience was asked to join the very next day.

Now there were eleven teachers in the tutorial-ten were gluttons, one was not; nine were Rakshashis- Ruma Rakshashi- the leading Rakshashi, Debjani Rakshashi, Ranjani Rakshashi, Rajni Rakshashi with a face like a fox, Viki Rakshashi – a foolish immature lady, Keya Rakshashi- an ever-questioning, interfering, hyper, unpleasant stupid lady always obsessed about figure, weight, health , dietary and family issues; Roshni Rakshashi- extremely short and thin wearing low-quality jeans always talking at the top of her voice with an obsession for fried and spicy food, a self-proclaimed “witch’’; the not-so-bad Sonali Rakshashi; the dark and boat-like ugly, obese Christina Rakshashi(one would run away if she smiled at you);  tenth was the podgy Pappu. One was not- she was the very talented, pretty and smart  Fairy Conscience.

But Ruma Rakshashi was not as nice as she seemed. Ranjani Rakshashi was always the “  Leading Rakshashi’’ to “ try to get to know’’ the newcomer. She went to Pappu and often said, “ I am……..trying to get to know her.’’ How silly! Ruma Rakshashi encouraged the other Rakshashis to bully the newcomer and minutely and overtly observe her and listen and overhear what she was saying to others in the tutorial and while talking on the phone.
