Mantra for all those in uniform should be living from inside out, which conveys positives all those whom you command or are associated with, to give their best. Regulations for defence forces lays down guidelines for processing of grievances Which affect all three Services, it also suggests processing of such grievances
Through proper channels even to Chief of Army/Naval/ Air Staff.
It was observed that, actions taken on such grievances, is suppressed by immediate formation headquarters thereby violating the rules on laid down in defence regulations.
