About the Authors
Ram Kumar Gazaresen , PhD , is a C-suite Executive in Maharatna Company , namely; Power Grid Corporation of India Limited . He had completed Executive MBA from IIM Ranchi and MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University , Delhi. He started his career as Executive Trainee in NTPC and has wide experience in Construction , Operation & Maintenance of Extra High Voltage Transmission System. He has spent his working life as an expert of andragogy.
Krishna Nath Pandey has established the World e University for facilitating the interface between the learners and the facilitators for collaboration in an autonoetic mode for the adults of the Global Village at tertiary level. This university has been founded to cater to the needs of the individuals of 21st Century who are seeking the solutions for a very specific problem in the realm of personal obstacles impeding their learning.
